Service Description

If Unit is NOT functioning before service, charge does NOT carry over onto repairs, recommend troubleshooting first. Service includes: 1. Removing the logs, brushing and vacuuming them. 2. Brushing and vacuuming the firebox walls that houses the appliance 3. Clean and visually inspect the pilot assembly and burner for any defects 4. Gas pressure readings are taken, in and out the gas valve (not all Gas logs have this feature) 5. Electrical readings are taken from the flame detecting components (not all Gas logs have this feature) 6. Test system for gas leaks 7. Set up new sand and embers 8. Reassemble unit according to the manufacturer’s manual
