General Gas Fireplace Cleaning/Service

Service Description

- Requires more care and special cleaning products if Unit is NOT functioning before service, charge does NOT carry over onto repairs, recommend troubleshooting first. Service includes: 1. Removing and cleaning glass with gas fireplace specific glass cleaner 2. Removing the logs, brushing and vacuuming them. 3. Brushing and vacuuming the bottom louver that houses the fireplace valve 4. Visual inspection of pilot assembly and burner for any defects 5. Gas pressure readings are taken, in and out the gas valve 6. Electrical readings are taken from the flame detecting components 7. Test system for gas leaks 8. Set up new embers and reassemble unit according to the manufacturer’s manual
